Fruit fools are a favourite dessert of mine which are basically fruit mixed with whipped cream which has a mousse texture.
I have been eating these since I was a kid.
This time I had the Marks and Spencers Rhubarb Fool which was just as good as the gooseberry as it was tart.
I appreciate the tartness of the rhubarb because too many rhubarb desserts are sweetened to the point that you can't taste its original tartness.
