PIMM's strawberry, tangerine and mint preserve

I love jams so when I saw the PIMM's strawberry, tangerine and mint preserve in the cupboard I had to give it a go.

I liked the combination of strawberry and tangerine and it did not taste bad however I didn't like the mint pieces.

MAMA Shrimp creamy tom yum flavour instant noodles

MAMA noodles in general are really spicy so I was surprised the shrimp creamy tom yum was not.

It was not bad but the noodles had gone a bit rancid, however I decided to give them another try and got another bag.

The tom yum soup tastes just like the restaurant which makes me suspect restaurants use soup powder mix for their broths.

The ingredients list is rather general and didn't mention lemongrass which you can balantly taste contained in the smaller sachet.

[Review] Greggs Vegan Glazed Ring Doughnut

Not so new but new is the Glazed Ring Doughnut which was launched two years ago.

Strangely I only tried it recently as I felt like having an iced doughnut.

Overall, the doughnut was soft and fluffy while the glazing was sweet and satisfying.

Morrisons Mini cones - Chocolate & Strawberry

Size matters hence ice cream cones as well.

As well as Cornetto miniatures Morrisons have their own version in chocolate ane strawberry.

I oove the attention to details especially the mini choc curls and you even get a mini chocolate tip!!

The cone was a little soft but otherwise it was good.

The chocolate tasted better in my opinion as the strawberry was a bit artificial.

Overall, it was not as cheesy as expected but overall delicious however the potato slices were a bit too crisp for my liking.
It was good that they used black onion seeds for garnishing as they were really tasty along with the filling.

Also I was relieved they were black onion seeds and not annoying black sesame seeds.

Sainsburys Neapolitan & Pina colada marshmallows - Taste the difference

I thought these marshmallows were pricey but delicious at 2.50 per packet.

You don't often see flavoured marshmallows apart from hand made artisan ones so I had to give these a try.

The Neapolitan had 5 pieces and pina colada had 7 pieces.

Pina colada was my favourite while the Neapolitan was a bit too sweet although it was stunning as a marshmallow cube because it looked like a huge dolly mixture sweet!

Borna Coco-Nutty Smooth Pistachio Butter & chocolate spread

As well as nut butters, Borna also does nut milks which I tried a while ago.

The nut butters were not bad especially the pistachio butter which was on the runny side but the flavour was really good as it was quite savoury.

The chocolate hazelnut one was interesting because the texture start off thick but after a few weeks the texture became thinner but not as runny as the pistachio.

Overall the chocolate hazelnut was quite indulgent.

MYPROTEIN IMPACT dark chocolate and mint bar

The MYPROTEIN IMPACT dark chocolate and mint bar was actually not bad because it had a good chewy texture.

It started off well because of the dark chocolate so overall it was not too sweet however the ending was not quite good because the mint was too strong and had that menthol kick to it.

NEW Meatless Farm steaks at Sainsburys

Meatless Farms have launched so many new products this year.
A few months ago I went to their popup in Shoreditch promoting their new meatless chicken and was given a voucher to try a product of your choice up to 3.50.

It just so happens that they launched a new meatless steak so I redeemed it on that but it was really difficult finding a Sainsburys that stocks it so I had to go to the Camden branch.

The meatless steaks are quite big and filling and I felt that the texture was really similar to Asian seitan steaks with a good chew and bounce to the texture.

It wasn't really tasty but chilli sauce took it to the next level.
