[Review] M&S Marks and Spencers Red Onion & Fontal Cheese Pantofola

The Marks and Spencers Red Onion & Fontal Cheese Pantofola looked appealing in the Italian section so decided to try it.
It is basically Pantofola bread topped with red onions, Fontal cheese and parsley.
The instructions say that you are meant to bake it in the oven but I microwaved it for a few seconds and it came out soft and pillowy.
It really depend on what texture you are looking for so if you want it crispy then follow the instructions but I was happy with the soft texture which made it a bit like naan bread.
The toppings on the pantofola smelled really nice, it was almost like if there was some wine on it which I did not see in the ingredients.
Anyway, the Pantofola tasted delicious so I would definitely recommend it.
