According to the label it is meant to be sweet and sour.
Just as the label describe, the King prawn Chettinad was sweet and sour coming from the tomatoes but it was a bit too sweet for my liking.
You can think of it like a Chinese sweet and sour but with tomato and Indian Spices without the spicy kick.
The prawns in it were succulent.
