Tried Morrisons Pineapple Glazed Gammon Steaks which was quite nice.
The gammon steak came with a sachet of pineapple sauce which was rather sweet and a pineapple ring.
As for the gammon, I found it chewy and tough but otherwise the taste with good with a good deal of saltiness to it.
Both white and brown rice contain mainly carbohydrate and some protein, with virtually no fat or sugar. Cooked best basmati rice contains a lot of water, making up almost 70% of its total weight.
