According to the box, it is roasted butternut squash, courgettes, red onions, and red peppers in a tomato and Harissa sauce with a chickpea puree in a paprika pastry case topped with coriander and seed mix.
With all these ingredients, it is definitely hearty and nutritious as well as tasty but sadly I found it too heavy and rich for my liking especially the seed mix which I understand is good for you.
The flavours of this pie was quite Middle Eastern with Harissa sauce and herbs like cumin, turmeric, caraway seeds, nutmeg etc.
Overall, I would recommend sharing this pie or having it with some light salad to balance out the flavours.
