[Review] Jacksons of Yorkshire Sage & Onion bloomer - Limited Edition

To be honest, I have never heard of Jacksons of Yorkshire but recently discovered this brand because they have this new limited edition sage and onion bloomer bread.

As a sage and onion stuffing lover, I had to get it because I just love sage and onions.

When I picked it up from the shelf at the supermarket, it just smelled so nice which means this bread is going to be delicious.

The bloomer is packed with the middle facing the end of the bag and the edge facing the opening so somehow it is half a bloomer in there.

I will be trying it as a sandwich soon but I toasted a slice to see how it would taste.

You could really taste the sage when you have it plain. 

As I wanted to appreciate the toast I just put some mayonnaise on it and the taste was amazing.

The creaminess of the mayonnaise really complements the sage and onions so it was the best slice of toast I have ever had.

I definitely recommend it if you like toasted onions because the onion element is really tasty as well as the aromatic sage.

As well as mayonnaise, I had the sage and onion bread with sage and onion pork stuffing balls and the pairing was delicious. 

It could have been even more delicious if I had some cranberry sauce but used the Brussel sprouts sauce which worked as well.

Again tried it toasted with the stuff balls and it tasted great.
