Most people cook this from scratch but I discovered this soup at the Polish supermarket.
The soup was in a glass jar which was different as most soups are in cans.
The fact that it is in a glass jar makes it more tempting to buy because it won't have the canned taste and you can see what is in the soup before buying.
The soup is like a jelly but when reheated it become a comforting clear broth.
I was really surprised at the amount of tripe you got in the jar, it was about 65% tripe and 35% soup.
