Sometimes I like pizzas that don't have much cheese so the Plant Kitchen Woodfired Margherita Pizza was ideal as there was so much spinach visually.
According to the description, it is woodfired sourdough pizza base with basil, pesto, spinach and Santerlla tomatoes finished with house sauce which seems to be cauliflower from the ingredients at the back.
Although it looked like a big pizza, it was so delicious that I could have finished it all by myself as the margherita sauce was really appetizing and as a whole it was not heavy.
Overall, I am really impressed and would definitely buy it again.
