I have been eyeing the Marks and Spencers roast beef with coriander and garlic for a while because the green goodness of the coriander and garlic looked it and the beef slices looked like delicious slices of pastrami.
Interestingly, M&S also have roast rare beef slices which are not rare at all but with the choice of the regular roast beef and rare roast beef, I prefer the roast beef because it is tastier and tender like cured meat.
The thing that struck me with the roast beef with coriander and garlic was the cumin, I thought it was a bit odd and over powered the coriander and garlic.
For something to over power coriander and garlic, you can imagine how strong the cumin was.
Overall, the roast beef slices were tasty but the coriander and garlic paste/puree could have been evenly distributed rather than being in the middle of the pack.
