It was a sponge layered and decorated with vanilla flavour cream mousse and strawberry sauce, topped with strawberries in strawberry sauce.
Overall, it was a good sweet fix but you have to wait for it to defrost.
The cake comes in a plastic case you it is best to take it out while it is frozen otherwise it will be too soft to take out.
