There are so many choices for Kunafah at the shops. I chose Lezza Dessert because the syrup is separate so you can decide how sweet you want it. It was only 4.40 and you get two pieces inside.
Overall, it was good but you have to bake it longer so that the dessert is rigid enough to plate it.
I hadn't had kunafeh for ages but that's mainly because I could eat tonnes of it 🤣 then suddenly I found this lezza desserts kunafah packet in my parents freezer! Honest opinion is that the angel hair has a beautiful crunch at the top and bottom and the cheese is tasty! But the kunafah overall lacks added flavours that you'd expect from an aromatic and well prepared fresh kunafah! The syrup packet is definitely very Moorish for the size of the kunafah but it really hit the spot! I'd been wanting some kunafah for ages! The cheese has decent stringyness too!
