I love seaweed so this sounded good.
The kombu gave it an overall saltiness but there wasn't any umami kick to it.
The sardine was just the regular mashed sardine and didn't contain any bones which was good.
The pate was supposed to have Worcester sauce which I couldn't taste but in a way that was good because I can't imagine it going well with kombu.
Overall, I am glad I tried but it just tasted like your usual sardine pate.
They also have Wakame Tuna Paté and Sea Spaghetti Mackerel Paté which I would also like to try.
