Choccie dodgers minis

A few weeks ago, Burtons launched the new choccie dodgers and now you can get choccie dodgers minis which are great as snacks.
I got the choccie dodgers minis because I like the way they come in 6 small packs  for convenience.
When I opened it, the small packs were not sealed properly and there were loose biscuits inside.
I am not sure if I got a faulty one from the batch but there were two packs that were not sealed properly, one was completely open that all the biscuits came out and the other one was partially sealed.
There must be something wrong with the chocolate machine as well as one of the centres of the biscuits was half filled.
After closer inspection of the wrapper, it seems there was a fault with the sealing part as it was cut off at the wrong point.
Apart from all these faults, the biscuits tasted quite nice.

Lidl Female trainers

I rarely buy Lidl clothing or shoes but I ended up getting them because I liked the bright colours and the label was low profile.
Overall, they were comfy but I wouldn't exactly say they were super cheap if you compare it to places like Shoezone but to be fair the design is quite nice.

Baxters Chef Selections Beef Consomme with Cask Aged Sherry

Spotted Baxters Chef Selections Beef Consomme on the shelf along with the Lobster bisque so grabbed the beef because I like consomme.
As expected, it did not disappoint, when I poured the soup from the can there was some slight viscosity to it but when you reheated the consistency was normal.
The taste was pretty good just like Bovril but with a touch of Sherry with a beautiful clarity in the soup.
I don't know how much gelatin there was but there was some!
It was so good that I drank it like that and also used it for noodle inspired by Japanese bone broth ramen.

Mighty M.lk milkshakes and unsweetened Mighty Pea milk

I have always wanted to try the vegan milks from Mighty because they are made from peas, to be precise yellow split peas when I googled them.
Split peas are used in stews as well as desserts and they do not seem to have strong flavours like coconut or soybeans so I was keen on seeing how their drinks taste like.
They do chocolate or banana shakes which are sold at tescos for £1.50 but on a trip to WHS, I found them reduced to £1 so I got the chocolate one.
When I poured the drink, I was surprised how thick it was so I looked at the ingredients and it seem the guar gum is the culprit.
As for the taste, it was not too sweet and the chocolately taste was good but it really depends if you like that texture from the guar gum.

I also bought the unsweetened Mighty M.lk from ocado to see how it tastes without any other flavours.
Although it is soy free, there is still some beany to taste to it but much more pleasant compared to soy beans.
The taste was like flat beans.
Overall, I am glad I tried this.

Lidl Dairy Manor Real Dairy Squirty Cream

Unfortunately all squirty creams are sweetened by default with one exception and that is the M&S version.
As I didn't know prior to purchase, I ended up getting  the Lidl's version.
It was nice but the cream was a bit stiff and slightly waxy.

The Little treats bakery GIANTS Jammy sandwich aka Jammie Dodger

Obviously size matters so when I saw this giant Jammy Sandwich, I had to get it.
They also do big Custard creams and bourbons but as I have already tried Tescos version I only got the Jammy Sandwich.
The jam filling was filled right through so it was really tasty but overall a little too sweet.
