Marks Spencer Billionaires yumnut

The bakery at M&S is always captivating with something for everyone especially the pastries, doughnut to yumnuts.
The yumnuts are so decadent and definitely a success.
During Valentines, Easter and Christmas, there are some special editions like Santas Belt and the Hot Cross Bun yumnut.

There are six choices and it was difficult choosing between the Billionaires and the Raspberry Royale which was topped with dehydrated raspberry bits. 
I ended up trying the Billionaires yumnut because I love caramel.

As expected it was so delicious because of the texture and the caramel sauce was just right.

The biscuit crumbs were crushed finely that it had a nice subtle crisp to the yumnut as a whole.
