M&S Marks Spencer plant kitchen No Chicken Nuggets

Again, M&S have used the successful [mock chicken] pea protein as used in their other plant kitchen series.

I knew the no chicken nuggets was going to be good without even trying it because it uses the same pea protein as the no chicken tikka and sweet and sour no chicken.

The nuggets were tender chunks of pea protein coated in a crispy farmhouse crumb.

Although, I knew it was not chicken I still smelled it and it strangely it did have a chicken nugget smell to it but perhaps it was the coating.

Anyway, the texture was really convincing but it needed a strong sauce just like regular chicken nuggets so I used the M&S Yakisoba sauce which were a match made in heaven.
