Scotch eggs that will take your tastebuds on a journey by Finest Fayre

While visiting my cousin in Wimbledon, my cousin briskly showed me the Farmers Market where my eyes were drawn to the Scotch Eggs.

Scotch Eggs are whole soft or hard-boiled egg wrapped in sausage meat, coated in bread crumbs and baked or deep-fried.

In the recent years, thanks to Instagram and egg porn Scotch Eggs have been taken to the next level with runny egg yolks, quail eggs etc.
As well as the egg, Finest Fayre are going to take your tastebuds on a journey.
They offer so many different flavours ranging from Classic, Black Pudding, Chorizo, Haddock, Chicken, Sage and Cranberry and the Vegetarian.

Black pudding would be one of my picks but I have already tried it somewhere so Haddock and Chicken would be my choices as these are unusual and I like the twist with Haddock as it reminds me of fishcakes and Portuguese bacahal.
The chicken is quite Christmassy but it makes sense to pair chicken and cranberries.
I have also tried sage and onion pork stuffing by Co-op but it was ruined by the gristle in the pork.

Currently you can not get omnipork in the UK but it would be nice to see it being used in Scotch Eggs as a vegan substitute that really tastes like minced pork.
Interestingly when I was hoping to find omnipork Scotch Eggs I managed to come across a vegetarian Scotch egg made with Purple Sweet Potato which was creative but I prefer savoury sausage meat.
To summarize, I will definitely try their Scotch Eggs soon and I like the look of their huge sausage rolls which reminds me of M&S Best Ever Sausage Roll that has a big cross section like a hamburger.
