The most basic eclair has chocolate fondant but now Marks and Spencers has caramel which is my new favourite.
They had chocolate orange in the past but caramel is definitely the best.
According to the label, it says white chocolate caramel but the taste was amazing, each bite was heaven because the caramel fondant was the star of the show in the sense that the caramel flavours were so strong but not too sweet.
So the eclair as a whole was just heavenly!
Have they stopped sticking them ? Can’t get hold of them anymore

they seem to be seasonal

I have been trying to yet hold of these. M&S have said they are restocking them but alas still waiting.
