A frittata is basically a quiche without the pastry in simple terms.
So far I have only tried Morrisons version which was not that tasty.
The Marks and Spencers version was really tasty just like their quiche with delicious tomatoes and onions that made it flavourful and the cheese was not overwhelming.
Another one to try. Thanks for taste testing this!
