Tarwi Lummus aka houmous at IFE2022

Attended IFE2022 where I was bowled over by another houmous variant called TARWI Lummus which is made with Lupis beans hence Lummus!
Just like houmous, they also have other flavours like Beetroot, sundried tomato, regular and herbs.
The original one was really impressive however it does taste slightly different to houmous in the sense that it is more savoury than sharp.
Sampling all four flavours, Sundried tomato and the regular were my favourites followed by herb and then beetroot because it was a bit sweet for my liking.
Compared to chickpeas, Lupin beans have more fibre and protein.
