Spotted these wholewheat medium noodles by Sainsburys but not all stores seem to stock them so I decided to give then a try.
They look like they cook fast but they take a while to get soft.Once they go soft, the texture is just like your regular instant noodles but it contains a lot of wheat which you can really feel when you chew them.
