Chocolate Navel Orange

Not new but Navel Chocolate oranges were discovered as a mutation growing on a navel orange tree in Valencia, Spain, in 2006.
They are aromatic and contain a low level of acidity, which creates a very sweet flavor.

Lidl Blood oranges vs Market Blood oranges

Recently I saw some blood oranges at the Market which were the real deal but didn't get them.
Someone in the house got them from lidl which came in this love black Gothic orange netting.
Just a lidl complaint because the colour was a lidl faint as it lacked Anthocyanins.
Apart from the lidl disappointment, they tasted ok.

Ashleys Orange thins

Thanks to a sweet friend for these Orange thins.

They were similar to After Eights but had orange jelly filling inside.
Inside the box, there are 15 pieces and do not have those paper wrappers that After Eights have.

As well as Orange, they had other flavours which were: peppermint, Irish coffee, praline and Turkish delight.

The taste of these Orange thins were really nice and tasted like Jaffa cakes without the biscuit and sponge part.

The sweetness of these Orange thins were quite sweet and sugary.

KIRIN European style berry and orange tea

According to the label: darjeeling tea and flavouring.

I always think that orange and teas are a great pairing and this one has berries as well as orange so tried it as well.
Overall it was quite syrupy but the orange and tea flavouring could have been stronger.
The berry taste was quite strong.

Optima Activjuice for joints - glucosamine sulphate

I am reviewing this as a drink and not as a health supplement, but glucosamine sulphate claims to give you healthy joints.

It tastes the same as orange cordial you get in UK, I am saying that because orange cordial tastes different in different countries.

It also has a slight bitternesss to it.

I tried mixing the cordial with black tea without milk and it tasted quite nice.

The cordial must be shaken before use as there is crystallization in it.

Orange and Vegetable juice by Minute Maid

Tried Minute Maid's Orange and Vegetable juice.

I found it too sweet, and the vegetable juice was not prominent enough, the most prominent vegetable taste in the drink was the carrot.

The vegetables in this drink are: carrot, apple, tomato, celery, pumpkin, cucumber, spinach, lettuce, parsley, red beetroot, broccoli, green cabbage, onion.

It was such a shame that some of these vegetables such as pumpkin, spinach, parsley and onion could no be tasted.

I also felt that the colour of the drink was a bit fake and should have been darker or greener.

Halloween limited edition of VitaSoy's chocolate and orange soy drink ~ Why not choc n pumpkin

It is rare for dairy products and citrus items to be combined together because usually the acid in the juice interacts with the lactic acids.
Anyway this drink it is most probably made from orange essences.
I hardly drink Vitasoy because I think it tastes weird, but the combination of orange and chocolate seem strong enough to overpower the weird soy taste.
I have also tried Vitasoy's chocolate drink before, but it just tasted of Cocoa milk.
This limited edition drink is so much better!
There was no soy taste, which was good. I could taste chocolate and orange. It was surprisingly silky, the orange aftertaste was there, but it was the orange peel taste as opposed to the citrus flavouring.
The taste is similar to the aftertaste and aroma of JaffaCakes.
Although it was nice, they should have been more daring and come up with Chocolate and pumpkin.
Last time I saw this drink, i assumed it was a seasonal design, because they had lots of designs for CNY.
They should have had an orange on the design and hollowed it out like a pumpkin!
The Japanese have Kit Kats in pumpkin flavour.
The size of the carton was 375ml, which is slightly bigger than the regular size of 250ml.
375ml was a bit too much for me.

TWIX and Russian Twixels

The Russians have come up with twixel's, a Russian mini version of TWIX with an orange filling.
As well as orange there are three other flavours: cherry, vanilla and triple chocolate.

Crabtree and Evelyn Orange and butter cookies

Crabtree and Evelyn are a brand that sells famous luxuries for the body, so it was interesting when they introduced a fine food section, so I tried their cookies.

Nice elegant packaging that contains orange butter cookies inside the rolled cardboard tin.
Each cookie is thin in thickness, however its texture is like a cross between a shortbread and a cookie, less of a crunch.
The cookie contains alot of orange peel in it, and has a jaffa taste rather than citrus flavouring which complements the buttery flavour.
On the aftertaste, there was a slight mintyness to it.
Other cookie flavours include all butter hazelnut,  chocolate, lemon, breakfast, oat and cranberry, strawberry and cream, white chocolate and raspberry, shortbread.

Malaysian LiteYo yogurt

NEW LOOK, NEW FLAVOURS! Presenting the new Liteyo yogurt cup.
Available in delicious new flavours like Capucinno Vanilla with Nata de Coco,
Orange Carrot, Green Tea with Aloe Vera and Cranberry!

I never thought Malaysia would have their own local yogurt.

Orange Carrot and capucinno vanilla tastes the best, conveniently with a spoon
provided beneath the lid.

Orange flavoured tea by Tao Ti

Most of Tao Ti's teas are nice in general, the orange tea was slightly disappointing, there was no tea taste, and it just tasted like orange squash.

Shake Shake Fanta with Jelly

Imagine shaking a fizzy drink, well the Shake Shake fanta lets you do that with out bursting out.

After shaking it, Jelly will form in the can, the Shake Shake fanta comes in two flavours: orange and grape.
The orange tastes like the normal orange, and the grape tastes of bubble gum.
The fizz is still there when you open it.
