Pepperidge Farm Caramel Apple Pie

It all started when my colleague was eating these cookies from Pepperidge Farm Inc. which got me addicted.

In Hong Kong it is hard to get delicious sweet treats so Pepperidge Farm was like heaven.

All their soft baked chewy sweet cookies were divine.

The Pepperidge Farm Caramel Apple Pie is my favourite because apples and caramels are a match made in heaven.

[Review] Filled cookies at ASDA! Strawberry cheesecake cookies & Cherry bakewell flavour

When I found out about these filled cookies I had to try them.

My first attempt failed because they didn't have it at that branch of ASDA because the bakery section was small but managed to get them at another store.

There are two to choose from: Cherry bakewell and the strawberry cheesecake.

Clearly the cherry bakewell was my choice because I love cherries.

As expected, these filled soft cherry bakewell cookies from asda were so delicious.

At first they tasted like soft soggy jammy dodgers but then the almond really comes through.

The cherry filling was satisfying but I would have liked it to be more tart.

Another delicious way of having these cookies is the American way in a skillet with thick double cream.

Although they were a bit pricey, you don't really see these about.

There is also strawberry cheesecake but posts say they taste like strawberry jam so I can definitely imagine eating jammy dodgers for sure.

Now they have chocolate orange filled cookies!

[Review] Tesco Finest 4 Milk Chocolate & Orange Cookies

I'm so glad I got these chocolate orange cookies because they were amazing.
I hesitated getting them before because I wasn't sure if the orange was going to be artificial but it turns out to be orange zest.
The orange zest pieces were the star of the show with the chocolate pieces.
Definitely goes well with tea.

[Review] Freshly baked maltesers cookies at Morrisons

At Morrisons,  you will find all these confectionery cookies like twix, snickers and maltesers cookies.
The maltesers cookies were tempting so got them.
The cookies are soft baked so they are chewy with pieces of maltesers in it which makes them impressive because it wasn't pieces of crushed honeycomb.
As for the taste, it was quite impressive because of the maltesers and it had a strong malty taste yet at the same time I found it too sugary.
It tastes like if ovaltine powder was added due to that strong malt taste and the weird sugaryness which I believe comes from the ovaltine powder.

[Review] Morrisons Granola Cookies with mixed fruit, sour cherries, seeds and honey

Spotted the granola cookies at Morrisons.
I knew I was going to like them because these cookies had a flapjack base with mixed fruit, sour cherries, seeds and honey.
The cookies were chewy and loaded with dried fruits especially my favourite sour cherries hence they easily impressed my tastebuds.

[Review] Bounty soft baked cookies

Discovered these Bounty soft baked cookies at Tesco so decided to try them.
I love soft baked cookies because they are soft and chewy.
The bounty soft baked cookies were how I expected them in the sense that it was coconutty with pieces of coconut and chocolate.

As well as bounty, you can also find Mars Bar cookies, galaxy cookies and even Twix which I tried earlier.

Chinese herbal cookies! Imperial Bird's Nest (Central)

Imperial Bird's Nest (Central)

I bought these cookies because the flavours were unusual!
There were three boxes per pack with three flavours of 8 individually packed cookies.

cordiceps militaris cookie

Monkey mushroom and black sesame cookie
Black fungus with black sesame cookie

Each flavour is clearly labelled.

Despite the different flavours, all three taste really similar and you can't really taste the cordiceps or monkey mushroom or the black fungus!!
They just tasted like ordinary local butter cookies!

Animal cookies from Market Square

I have to admit, I am a big kid! So when I got these cookies from Octopus Inc I had fun taking them out of the packet to see what animals were inside before eating them.

These cookies were just as fun for me as well as for children, especially for lunch boxes or when kids are travelling.
Each flavour has a colourfully designed boxed with a theme on it.
It comes in four flavours: Vanilla, Chocolate, Chocolate chip and Cinnamon grahams.

All the cookies tasted natural and did not have any weird aftertaste nor were they oily.
My favourite flavours were the Chocolate and Vanilla which brought back memories as a kid and the biscuits back then because of the taste.

vitasoy Cookie'n Cream flavoured soybean milk

I dislike vitasoy drinks but was surprised to see the Cookie'n Cream flavour.
It was better than anticipated because it tasted like hazelnut flavoured milk.

Japanese Tivolina cookies

Thank you IVYCWK for getting me this delicious tin assortment that comes in a pretty blue tin by Tivolina.

Inside the tin, there are two milk rolls, two green apple balls, two rose balls, two coconut chocolates and 2 white chocolate flowers.

All of them tasted delicious.

My favourite were the green apple balls.I thought it was solid apple chocolate but there was biscuit inside which was a perfect match and the biscuit balances out the chocolate so that it is not too sweet.
There was a hint of tangyness in the taste which was interesting.

The coconut chocolate was also nice too, it was mainly dessicated coconut infused in chocolate.
