Trappist Dairy Carrot Low Fat milk drink

Tried this carrot flavoured milk by 十字牌 Trappist Dairy and it was quite nice.
Luckily there was a faint aftertaste of carrot but I think it tastes like yoghurt flavoured milk.

Hong Kong Nissin’s new chili pepper crab cup noodle

Discovered two new Nissin cup noodle flavours: Black pepper crab and Chili crab.
Both seem to be inspired by Singapore as shown on the label.

Chili crab:

The Chili crab flavour is quite hot and there are lots of chili pepper pieces in it that make it taste hot.

Not much crab taste but you can smell and taste paprika.
If you have tried Nissin’s Tom Yum Kung flavour, I would rate it as spicier than that.

Other flavours in this series Black pepper crab.

Hong Kong Nissin’s new black pepper crab cup noodle

Discovered two new Nissin cup noodle flavours: Black pepper crab and Chili crab.
Both seem to be inspired by Singapore as shown on the label.

Black pepper crab:

Tried this one first because I wasn’t sure how hot the Chili was going to be.
I liked the black cup design and there were some instructions, which say that you can microwave it.
In the cup noodles you can see some dehydrated purple onions, very fancy!

The noodles were ready to eat quite soon after pouring boiling water and didn’t need microwaving.
As for the taste, it had a strong black pepper taste but you can’t really taste crab in the broth.

Suppucho sour plum flavour potato chips

Tried these Suppucho sour plum flavour crisps by Nissin.
They were surprisingly good and not too sweet with a taste that was a mix of Salt and vinegar and prawn cocktail.

Go ahead crispy slices

A brand from the UK and these crispy slices come in two flavours: apple or orange.
The apple one was really nice with a hint of cinnamon and sweet raisins with a chewy middle.

Huge Madeleines?

I took photos of them because they look like huge Madeleines.

Yellow Mc Minions and bananas

It is interesting that McDonald’s have put a Philippine twist to their food with the promotion of Minions.
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++
For the McDonald’s brand they have:
Eggcellent silly double patty beef
Calamansi McFloat
Banana pie

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++
For the McCafe brand, there is:
Ice/Hot Banana chocolate
Philippine mango frappe
Banana chocolate roll

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Went to McD’s and tried these new items

+++++++++++++++++++++++++
McDonald’s Eggscellent silly double beef :

It has two beef patties, onions, egg and cheese with black pepper sauce.
I found the black pepper sauce too sweet and not that peppery.
+++++++++++++++++++++++++
McDonald’s Banana pie:

The banana puree was natrual but too sweet otherwise it would have been perfect.
+++++++++++++++++++++++++
McCafe’s Hot chocolate banana:

Too sweet with a mildly artificial banana taste.
+++++++++++++++++++++++++
McCafe’s chocolate banana roll:

The banana cream in the middle was really artificial
+++++++++++++++++++++++++
McCafe’s iced chocolate banana:

The iced version tastes better because it is not as sweet as the hot version.
