Marks and Spencers mellow & smooth Port Salut French cheese

When I have a craving for cheese, I always get my cheese here because the cheese comes in small pieces which are individually packed for the pick and mix selection.

The cheese I chose this time was Port Salut, a soft cheese which has the texture similar to processed cheese but the taste was much nicer.
It tasted like a cross between brie and cheddar.

Shimizu Baumkuchen Cake ( Caramel latte )

Surprisingly I found this tastier than Jucheim's version, it was softer and less eggy.

The caramel latte flavouring made it better too because the caramel taste was strong.

Since it is the packaged version it is oilier than the fresh ones.

GREENMAX Yam Multi Grains Cereal

I like this snack because you add hot water and wait for a bit and it is ready to serve. It is quite filling too.
However some of the crispy pieces in the mixture take a while to get soft, but it is similar to congee with lots of vegetables.
The shredded cabbage in this is my favourite because it tastes like fresh cabbage even though it is an instant snack.

Chinglish : FOZEN yogurt

häagen-dazs banana & cream

Not an fan of Banana bi-products but tried this because is was häagen-dazs and overall it tasted quite natrual so it was quite nice, the sweetness was not too sweet.



Lucozade Black edition Cola

Just tasted like super sweet coke.
There was no taste of lucozade.

Wild Mushroom Risotto - Ainsley Harriott

I have always wanted to try this so finally bought it.

I hesistated before because I do not like cooking then I had a spark of inspiration to put the contents in a rice cooker and leave it.
Saying that, you do need to keep an eye on it or the risotto will be burnt and dry.
From my experience, its best to leave it in the cooker and when the water is nearly absorbed its ready to serve.
I did not measure the water because it was bothersome, so I put one part of rice with two parts of water.
For normal rice it is one to one, but I had a feeling risotto would be harder so I put two parts.

In the end, the risotto was delicious, the mushroom taste was strong.












































Althought there was an extremely creamy smell when the packet was opened, it did not taste that way and I am now tempted to buy the other flavours:
