M&S Strawberry & White Chocolate crunch granola

I am not really a granola fan because of the sweetness but it is always good to see big dehydrated strawberry slices and chunks of white chocolate.

[Review] Nestle Shreddies Box Bowl Cereals

It just so happens I found some Nestle box bowl cereals in the house.
At first I thought they had changed the box dimensions from the smaller rectangular boxes to a square box.
When I looked closer, I realized they were box bowls which means you just open the box, add milk and eat!

Not a fan of shreddies, I added Tescos Peach Apricot yoghurt drink to it and the taste was amazing.

Overall, these box cereals are convenient compared to the variety packs because a bowl isn't required and the only thing you have to wash up is the spoon.

As well as the box cereals, you can also get the complete Breakfast to go which includes milk and spoon so its the ultimate breakfast without washing up!!

Kelloggs lucky charms

My brother got me these frosted toasted oat cereals with marshmallows.

Inside were colourful marshmallows charms.

Sadly I forgot to take a picture of the four leaf clover.

Ampol Food Beverages

Discovered some drinks by Ampol food, which come from Thailand.
There are two series Vfit and Pro-fit.

It was good because they had English as well as Thai and they have sugar free selections as well.

There was a good selection of rice drinks and they even had jobs tear cereal milk.

germinated brown rice drink:

All of them were pleasant to drink, rice was the best because it is naturally sweet.

Cisco's CRISP CHOCO

When I saw this, it just instantly reminded me of the British chocolate covered cornflake snack!
We even learnt to make it at school.
They can be found in local supermarkets but the one I am reviewing here is a Japanese version, which basically tastes the same!

GREENMAX Yam Multi Grains Cereal

I like this snack because you add hot water and wait for a bit and it is ready to serve. It is quite filling too.
However some of the crispy pieces in the mixture take a while to get soft, but it is similar to congee with lots of vegetables.
The shredded cabbage in this is my favourite because it tastes like fresh cabbage even though it is an instant snack.

Nestle Almond Oats & More cornflakes

These cornflakes are sweet so when they soak up the milk the milk becomes sweet as well.
It takes a while to soften because the thickness of these cornflakes are thick.

Overall, I quite liked them and they taste like bran flakes.

Kellogg's Special K mini breaks

These are mini sweet crackers about 2 cm by 3 cm in size that remind me of Ryvita with oats in them.
They taste sweet so I would not recommend them for diabetics.
They taste like many pieces of Kelloggs frosties compacted into one bite.

Kellogg's Chocolate & Raspberry bar

Was really excited about this cereal bar, firstly it is a branded one by a well known cereal company called Kellogg's and secondly I love the combination of dark chocolate and raspberry.

When I ripped open the packet, the smell of raspberry was strong.
It was lovely and chewy with chocolate at the bottom.

Sainsbury's red berry balance cereal bars

Overall I felt that it tasted too sweet and not as chewy as I would have liked.
However there were lots of cranberries at the base of the bar.

SAVOURY CEREAL!!! Quaker Hokkaido cereal - Crab Flavour

Although the packaging looks Japanese, it is actually a Taiwanese product!
桂格北海道鮮奶麥片(干貝帝王蟹味)In UK, the quaker products we find are sweet only, but then I found some savory ones like fish and chicken.
Basically it is meant to be an oat version of savoury rice porridge (congee).

When I opened the sachet, I could smell the creamy milk powder a signiature smell and ingredient for something that represents Hokkaido.
Luckily the taste was savory and not sweet.
The crab porridge was very creamy due to all that milk powder in it. There were a few flakes of cereal because it is a "so called" healthy product.
But if you compare Western quaker products and Asian quaker products, the Western ones are healthier, there are more proportion of real oats in it. Whereas the Asian ones contain reconstituated cereal which is not even healthy.
As for the crab porridge, it was like chowder soup. Also the Asian cereal contains alot of creamer.
There were bits of dried scallop to inmitate the crab. not as if they will really put crab in it!!
