Sainsbury's Rudolph's Christmas Feast, Beef Wellington Special, Brussels sprout bhajia and Boxing day sub

Sainsbury's Christmas grab to go range has been very exciting this year with instagrammable star buns as well as modern treats with some fusion in it.
The offerings this year are Rudolph's Christmas Feast which is a Root vegetable patty, sage and onion vegan mayonnaise, umami carrot ribbons, caramelised carrot chutney, roasted seasoned and sweetened pumpkin and sunflower seeds and spinach in a star shaped roll.
The Beef Wellington Special which is filled with medium rare beef, roast seasoned mushrooms and chestnuts with black truffle, pickled red cabbage, seasoned mayonnaise and spinach in a croissant roll.
The Brussels sprout & parsnip bhajia.
I was really impressed with the star shaped bun and croll (croissant roll) because these are cafe quality items now available at the supermarket.
The beef wellington is quite similar to the Marks and Spencers plant version so I believe it could be the same supplier.
Anyway, in terms of taste, I found the Beef Wellington croll and Rudolphs Christmas Feast a bit too sweet for my tastebuds and the pickled cabbage in the Welly lacked its punch.
The Brussels sprout & parsnip bhajia was really tasty even though I was not keen on the woody parsnips.

Brussels sprout bhajia:
I held back getting these because of the parsnip and not the brussel sprouts.
Overall they were tasty and worked well with an Indian touch.

Boxing day smoked turkey sub with bubble & squeak, gravy mayo and cranberry sauce.
Overall, there were no surprises here, it literally tasted like left overs roast stuffed in a sub with some bitterness and I couldn't taste any gravy mayo or cranberry sauce.
As it was a little dry, adding some additional mayonnaise made it tastier.
