Marsh lamb and seaweed sausages from Hawkins and Sons butchers in Havering

I love sausages as well as unusual flavours so when I spotted these marmite sausages and seaweed sausages at Hawkins and sons butchers I had to give them ago.
As I was going out in the evening I had to get them on another visit but sadly the marmite sausages were all gone which shows their popularity.

Luckily the Marsh Lamb and seaweed sausages were still available so I got that instead.

With the marmite, you can pretty imagine sausages with marmite.

The lamb and seaweed sausages were pretty tasty without any gameness but the seaweed was rather subtle even though you could visually see lots of it.
