ASDA Festive slices

Chicken slices are good but Festive slices are even better when you have sage and onion with chicken.
The beetroot sprinkle gives it that festive touch and I am glad the cranberry wasn't too prominent being too sweet.
Adding some festive sauces can enhance the taste but they are good without any sauces.
Also available at Asda are the FESTIVE BAKES in the frozen section but according to their website, they are almost identical except the frozen one does not have beetroot sprinkle.
Overall, I am really glad I got it.

[Review] M&S Marks and Spencers 6 Iced Topped mince pies

I am not a fan of mince pies hence modern ones do the trick.
The Marks and Spencers Iced Topped mince pies are a lovely because the icing is louder than the mince but for mince pie lovers not so!

[Review] Sainsbury's Pork Sage & Onion Stuffing Balls

Winter is always my favourite time of the year because of Christmas and it is the best time for food because there are so many festive foods.
Every year it gets better because food is taken to the level with creative ideas and fusion.
My favourite item is roast stuffing because I love sage and onions, so this year I ended up getting sage and onion bread from Jacksons of Yorkshire and Sainsburys pork sage and onion stuffing balls.
The Pork Sage & Onion Stuffing Balls were delicious because you could really taste the kibbled onions which give it a lovely taste and texture.
To accentuate the sage and onions I paired it with the Jacksons of Yorkshire's sage and onion bread and it was a match made in heaven with some mayonnaise and a drop Brussel sprouts ketchup.

INGREDIENTS: British Pork (58%), Water, Roasted Onion (13%), Rice Flour, Gram Flour, Sage (2.0%), Salt, Parsley, Kibbled Onion (1.0%), Dried Sage, White Pepper, Nutmeg, Coriander; Maize Starch, Preservative: Sodium Metabisulphite (Sulphites); Antioxidant: Sodium Ascorbate; Dextrose.

[Review] Higgidy Pork & Cranberry Sausage Rolls - Limited Edition

I love Christmas because there are so many limited edition treats and creative foods.
Higgidy have come up with these Pork & Cranberry Sausage Rolls which basically take sausage rolls to the next level with cranberry.
The sweetness gives it a lovely festive touch and balances the sausage meat nicely.
I like the way it is topped with Quinoa for that healthy touch as well as mouthfeel when you eat it.
It also contains chestnuts which make these sausage rolls really festive.

[Review] M&S Marks and Spencers Merry Berry Jelly

As well as fancy drinks with gold leaves, M&S has got a Merry Berry Jelly dessert this year which is raspberry with gold sparkles.
Overall, it tasted like the regular raspberry jelly with gold sparkles in it.

[Review] M&S Marks and Spencers Turkey All Wrapped up Wrap

I love wraps but I was hesitant getting the Marks and Spencers Turkey All Wrapped up Wrap because of the mango chutney and carrot slaw.
In the end tried it because it was new, it was a pretty good curry turkey wrap because the curry was creamy with mayonnaise.
The carrot slaw and mango chutney which I was not keen on didn't offend.
