Mexicana vegan cheese slices with spices and Jalapeno review

Discovered these Vegan Mexicana Cheese slices at Sainsburys so decided to try them.
The texture of the slices were waxy and crumbly if you eat them like that with quite a bit of heat in them.
However, the slices tasted so much better when it was melted but they were a bit too salty yet they melted nicely like cheese.
Rating 4/5

Coop soft mild goats cheese

The coop soft mild goats cheese was reduced so decided to try it because it was similar to Brie.
The label says mild so I was expecting it to be light yet the taste was rather strong and gamey but it was quite nice.

M&S Marks and Spencers Mozzarella di bufala campana

I love buffalo mozzarella so this time tried I got the Mozzarella di bufala campana which is exclusively selected for M&S.

The buffalo mozzarella was paired with tomatoe drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Words could not describe how delicious it was because I ended up eating half!

The buffalo mozzeralla was just soft and delicate.

Dal 1882 Galbani Dolcelatte mild and creamy blue cheese

I had a cheese craving today and this really hit the spot because it was creamy and full of flavour a bit like those cheese triangles but better.

The best thing about this brand is that it comes with a resealable lid.

I love blue cheese because it tastes good and gives me vividly weird dreams as well.

[Review] Pave d'affinois specially selected for M&S Marks and Spencers

As well as M&S Cheeses, they also have a selection of specially selected cheese like the Pave d'affinois hence the reason I got it.
According to the box, PAVE is square shaped and tastes similar to BRIE.
Overall, it was nice because it just tasted like brie.

[Review] M&S Marks and Spencers White Stilton with Apricot

There are some cheeses that hit the spot and this one was bang on, you can't stop eating it.
The pairing of generous chunks of crunchy apricots and crumbly hard white Stilton were a match made in heaven.
It has a lovely savoury taste complimented by the aromatic apricots.
The funning thing was that I hesitated buying the White Stilton with Apricot because of the apricots as I thought they were going to be sweet but they were not.
M&S also have White stilton and cranberries which again I am hesitating about because of the cranberries but then I think it might that I have been put off by other brands with fruit that was sweet.

[Review] M&S Marks and Spencers Cottage Cheese with prawns

I love prawns so got the Marks and Spencers Cottage Cheese with prawns because it also has my favourite Marie Rose dressing in the ingredients.

I paired it with Warburtons potato cakes and they went well together.

The cottage cheese has a distinct taste which tastes just like fromage frais so overall it was nice.

[Review] M&S Marks and Spencers NEW Italian Mozzarella cherries

A while ago I spotted the Marks and Spencers NEW Italian Mozzarella cherries which I suspected was just the Mozzarella balls in one of their other products and indeed it was.

The Mozzarella cherries are convenient and easier to prepare because they are made into balls so you don't have to scoop it from the big Mozzarella ball.

The balls were just as good and they were creamy and delicious.

They were delicious paired with simple cherry tomatoes and fresh basil leaves.

[Review] M&S Marks and Spencers Mrs Bell's Blue

I have an addiction to blue cheese so whenever I see some blue cheese that I have not tried before I will get it.
This time it was the M&S Marks and Spencers Mrs Bell's Blue which was wrapped in nice aqua blue foiled backed paper.
The cheese itself was divine as it was creamy and unique.

[Review] Morrisons Cambozola Cheese

Tried Morrisons Cambozola Cheese which is basically blue brie.
I thought the taste was mild but you do get the aftertaste from the penicillin.

[Review] Violife Cheese

A while ago I had these vegan meatballs at Subway for Veganuary.
The meatballs were not nice but the thing that saved the day was the vegan cheese on top which came from Violife.
The cheese slices melted and tasted like cheddar so I would definitely recommend this brand.

I looked everywhere for it and finally found them at Marks and Spencers where they come in a form of block, grated, slices and even creamy spread.
