Sainsburys Italian style sundried tomato rice - summer edition

I love ready to eat rice as well as flavoured rice for convenience.

Normally I get Tilda but Sainsburys have these really creative flavours so I thought I'd give them a go.

I tried the new Italian style sundried tomato rice which was very tasty with lots of sundried tomato pieces and you can really taste the umami of the tomatoes.

The only let down was the texture as it was rather rubbery and weird.
