There are so many fishballs from Swedish, Jewish to Chinese. Personally I like the Swedish and Jewish because it contains a higher percentage of fish. The Hong Kong ones are just sweet and terrible with a weird texture.
Gefilte fishballs are a traditional combination of cod, haddock and matzo meal.
