Princessa summer edition pistachio brownie wafer

Bought the pistachio brownie wafer because it was an unusual flavour that I haven't seen at other Polish shops.
Visually, it looks like an oreo wafer with green filling.
It was quite nice and different and the powdery filling tasted a bit savoury but pistachio notes weren't strong.
Couldn't taste anything that like chocolate to make you think of brownies.
Other flavour spotted was the pink pina colada.

Waitrose Summer dessert chocolate strawberries

These chocolate strawberries are not chocolate dipped strawberries but strawberry shaped chocolate mousse with strawberry filling and a crispy base.
I got them because they looked nice so didn't have any expectations.
It was just rich chocolate mousse on the outside with some strawberry compote filling.
Overall, a nice looking high end patisserie treat from the supermarket which you can't get in some shit countries like Asia.

Pukka Pepperoni Pizza Slice

I love Pukka so when I saw the Pepperoni pizza slice I had to try it.
The pepperoni seemed interesting because I thought it would have big pepperoni slices inside.
Instead of finding the regular pepperoni slices I found mini pepperoni slices but then it does say that in the ingredients.
As a pizza slice, I was expecting it to be cheesy but it was more rich and salty than anticipated.
Overall nice if you are not expecting something bland.

Mlekpol milko Melon and wild strawberries yoghurt drink

On a recent trip to the Polish groceries, I spotted a good yoghurt drink range by milko, there were so many flavours but the one that caught my eye was the melon and wild strawberries which you don't often see.
The taste was really impressive because you get a natural melon taste which isnt like solvent and there are bits of melon in the yoghurt.
I also like the fact that the melon is more prominent than the strawberry which is also reflected in the ingredients.
There is 2.8% of melon and 0.2% of strawberry from puree.
Overall, I was really impressed with this and would definitely buy it again although I would like to try other flavours.

Krispy Kreme Coronation doughnuts: Berry Bakewell and Kings Trifle

Krispy Kreme always have doughnuts for every occasion and this time it was for the Coronation which definitely appealed to me without hesitation to buy.
The Coronation doughnuts were: Berry Bakewell, with raspberry filling and almond Kreme, iced and adorned with a glace cherry. Lemon short bread, dipped in smooth lemon icing, with a swirl of vanilla frosting and shortcake biscuit pieces. Last but not least, the Kings Trifle with a strawberry and custard filling.
Visually, the Kings Trifle was the best with a bright purple icing topped with a crown so I tried this one first.
As always, the icing on top is rather sweet and some doughnuts can be quite oily so it depends which branch you get it from.
Apart from that, the custard and strawberry filling was quite nice.
The Berry Bakewell again was the same, the icing overpowers everything so I devoured it in a messy way by eating the bottom and the filling to taste the it properly.
The filling was interesting, as they used almond butter along with some raspberry jam so it doesn't taste like the typical almond frangipane style bakewell but it was nice.

Cadbury's Pandan coconut chocolate

I love Pandan, so I had to get my hands on the Cadbury's pandan coconut chocolate which is available in Asia!
Finally got some hold of them and they were divine as expected.
When you open the wrapper, you get this strong aromatic pandan aroma but to my surprise, there was another gold foil wrap to unwrap.
Visually, there are a lot of coconut pieces in the chocolate.
Tasting the chocolate, it was like your usual Cadbury chocolate laced with lots of crisp and soft coconut bits.
The pandan flavour works really well interestingly but it could be stronger however there is a slight bitter aftertaste like fresh pandan.
Overall, it was really enjoyable and I am quite gutted I didn't find out about the Cadbury Durian flavour which I will have to try at some point.

Mama salted egg noodles

Salted egg noodles are delish and I think the first salted egg noodles came from Indomie.
Thai brand Mama also has salted egg noodles so I gave them a try.
Looking at the packet, it is soupless, the noodles are vibrant orange with some red specks in it.
Fearing it might be spicy, I tried the flavour sachet which confirmed it was extremely spicy.
The noodles were much thicker than the usual ones and they look the same as the Korean ones which are fatter and whiter.
I didn't quite follow the instructions because of the spiciness so it probably didn't taste the same.
Overall, the noodles were not that bad but it would have been nice if there is a non spicy version available!
