[Review] M&S Marks and Spencers The Hot One Curry

I love Indian curries so I am trying to try all the curries in the M&S range.
This time I got The Hot One which has 5 chillis meaning VERY HOT.
The Hot one is a fierce tomato curry with fiery naga chilli and marinated chicken breast.

As for the taste, it was definitely hot as labelled so I wouldn't recommend it as a main curry if you can't handle mild chili.
To sooth my palette I had the M&S clotted rice pudding which is similar to having Indian Kheer (rie pudding).

[Review] M&S Marks and Spencers Cauliflower Cous Cous

These days many people are on a keto diet or avoiding carbs hence the rise of cauliflower rice or cauliflower cous cous as Marks and Spencers call it.
Cauliflower rice is finely chopped cauliflower which resembles rice.
Due to lock down, it is hard to dine out so I am so glad M&S offers cauliflower cous cous because no way can you chop cauliflower this fine without proper dicer.

To prepare, you simply just microwave it but sadly I forgot to take a picture when it was ready but here is a picture of some cauliflower rice I had at some restaurant which does not contain parsley.

[Review] M&S Marks and Spencers Iceberg Lettuce - Washed & Ready To Eat

While I was shopping at Marks and Spencers I spotted the Washed & Ready To Eat Iceberg Lettuce which was reduced so I got it.
Lettuce is just lettuce but I was impressed that it was no fresh and crisp the next day with no sign of browning or oxidation.

Paired this with Marks and Spencers Just Add Caesar dressing which was creamy and tasty.

I love Caesar salad so got Marks and Spencers Just Add Caesar dressing because of the cute bottle.
It is designed be used all in one go when you are making a big salad.
The Caesar sauce was quite punchy and cheesy as it has Grana Padana as well as Parmesan in the ingredients.

[Review] M&S Marks and Spencers 2 Vanilla Slices

Cream slices are my ultimate favourite but this time they were sold out at Marks and Spencers so I decided to try the Vanilla Slices as I have not tried M&S's version.
To my surprise, this was the best vanilla slice I have ever had as I was previously put off by a different supermarket.
The M&S version is well balanced, the custard filling in the middle is not too sweet or overpowering and blends in very well with the icing on top.

[Review] M&S Marks and Spencers Rhubarb Fool

Fruit fools are a favourite dessert of mine which are basically fruit mixed with whipped cream which has a mousse texture.
I have been eating these since I was a kid.
This time I had the Marks and Spencers Rhubarb Fool which was just as good as the gooseberry as it was tart.
I appreciate the tartness of the rhubarb because too many rhubarb desserts are sweetened to the point that you can't taste its original tartness.

[Review] M&S Marks and Spencers Fruit Jelly

At Marks and Spencer, there are fruit jellies in the chilled section: blackcurrant juice, raspberry and Fruit Jelly.
After trying the blackcurrant and raspberry, decided to try the fruit jelly.
The fruit jelly was much nicer than anticipated because there were orange pieces, grapes and pineapple in it.
The jelly base was pleasant with a pleasing orange taste that was not too artificially.
Overall the three flavours are nice in different ways so it is hard to say which one is the best but I appreciate the quality because they put fresh fruits in it.
