Maggi 3 minute noodles - Curry Flavour

These noodles are available in the UK under Nestle.

At the back, there are instructions on how to cook them.

The noodles inside the packet:

Curry powder from the sachet:
As with all British Instant noodles, it is best to use less water as the flavour get diluted.
The noodles are soft within minutes as the strands of noodles are very fine.

The curry flavour has a nice spicy kick to it.

As well as the curry flavour I also spotted a Masala flavour which is now two minutes to cook instead of three.

Wei Lih Jia Jan Mein 維力炸醬麵

These are my favourite instant soupless noodles from Taiwan which are popular in Europe.
I always get a stash of them from the Chinese supermarkets in UK.

Years and years ago, the packaging was different and it used to be yellow and green.
I thought they were discontinued when they changed the packaging but recently found out that they are still around but in a white, blue and red design.

The noodles are flat and wavy.
Bean paste:

Broth powder:

I always cook them with the broth powder, then draining it quickly to mix the yummy bean sauce to it.

They taste amazing because the paste in the sachet is spicy with a strong black bean taste to it.

Chocolate pie at Hong Kong's McDonalds

At McDonalds they had this new chocolate pie so I went and tried it.

It was launched before in 2009 but the size was smaller.
Photo of the chocolate pie in 2009.

The 2016 version looked like the normal version but filled with thick chocolate paste that was not too sweet with the right amount of cocoa flavouring.

Masala McWings at Hong Kong's McDonalds

At McDonalds, they had Masala McWings which was new so I tried it.
The ones I got were a bit dry and the taste was more like salty chicken tikka.

Good Day Coffee Freeze Choc'O'range

I didn't try this but the thought of chocolate orange coffee was interesting.

From the packaging it comes from Indonesia and they have lots of instant coffee products over there.

Virgin Atlantic inflight meal cutlery

I am posting this because the cutlery on Virgin Atlantic was impressive.
The plastic cutlery was a clear dark purple.
On the handle it says "Designed by Virgin Atlantic in London" but unfortunately it was hard to photograph.

You get a sachet of Salt and Pepper which comes in a nice black an white design.

Heinz Five Beanz

BEANZ FOR GROWN UPZ!!!
The Heinz Five Beanz are basically the same as the original beans but they contain fives different types of beans in a can for more protein.

It contains a delicious mix of haricot, red kidney, pinto, cannellini and borlotti beans.

I found them tasting the same as the original but the bigger beans were harder and starchier in texture.
