Kelloggs lucky charms

My brother got me these frosted toasted oat cereals with marshmallows.

Inside were colourful marshmallows charms.

Sadly I forgot to take a picture of the four leaf clover.

Nissin Black garlic oil flavour crisps

These Nissin Black garlic oil crisps are under the Nissin Koikeya series.

When I opened the bag, there was a really strong sesame smell but when you eat it the garlic becomes stronger with every crisp you put in your mouth to the point that it tastes bitter.

As with all Asian crisps packets they like to fill it a third full.

I found the crisps tasting like a concentrated version of the black garlic oil noodles.

Better training required at Hong Kong's Marks and Spencer

As an expat, Marks and Spencer is always my haven for British food.

Today's visit was not good and the staff should have better training as they are ruining this prestigious British brand in Hong Kong.

I was buying stuff when I discovered a moldy bap in the pack so I went and told the cashier who didn't respond in a normal way.

+++++
Me: It's moldy.
Cashier: yes because it expires today.
(scans the buns)
Me: I am just telling u its moldy not that I would want it..

Angel delight butterscotch flavour

As a kid I have always loved Angel Delight because it is simple to make and delicious.
Basically you just add milk and whisk away.
There is a new mint chocolate flavour which tastes amazing.
The butterscotch is just as good, thick and creamy.

Reviews coming soon for the mint chocolate:

MilkyWay magic stars hot chocolate

Got this hot chocolate magic stars mixture from Poundland and make cold milk chocolate because I wa s too lazy to boil some milk.
I got a carton of milk and added the powder to it and shook it.

The taste was quite sweet and malty and you can find tiny chocolate stars in the powder.

Hartley's raspberry flavour glitter jelly

I was so excited when I saw Hartley's new glitter jelly range in the supermarkets.

There are three flavours:
-Hartley's Mixed Berry Glitter Jelly
-Hartley's Raspberry Glitter Jelly
-Hartley's Strawberry Glitter Jelly

It was really hard to decide which flavour to get but in the end I chose Raspberry because I wanted the jelly to look foodogenic with a nice sparkle.

The packaging is great with a silver and pink tone to it.

Much to my excitement, I forgot to take a picture of the jelly powder and mixed it with hot water straight away.
After mixing it, you could see fine edible sparkling particles swirling round in the mixture.

When it was ready to eat, the jelly was shimmering.

The taste was like normal raspberry jelly however the texture was too soft for my liking but it could be my fault because I just couldn't wait to try it.
I thought it would be fun to try the other two flavours as well.
They were both similar in consistency but the blue one had the prettiest sparkle.

Batchelors Cup a soup - Greek Inspired Tomato & Black Olive Soup

I tried this because the soup had black olives in it.

Inside the box are four sachets.

The taste of the soup was quite tart but not as thick as it claims.

I wish there were more chunky pieces of olives in the soup.
