[Review] M&S Marks and Spencers smooth chicken liver pate

It's not the first time I had the Marks and Spencers smooth chicken liver pate because it's so delicious that I can eat it on its own or with toast.
The Madeira wine in it makes it tasty.

[Review] Morrisons Mackerel Pate

I love meat pates as well as fish pates.
Tried Morrisons Mackerel Pate which could have been better.'
Compared to some other supermarket brands, there was not enough mackerel and too much butter in the ratio.

[Review] Sainsburys Brussels Pate

It is not the first time I have had Sainsburys Brussels Pate but I just haven't posted it before.
The Brussels pate is always delicious with toast and it was smooth and velvety.

Epicure duck & orange pate

Epicure duck & orange pate is another brand of export pates because some countries just don't have it.
It came in a nice big jar and the pate had a nice orange kick.

Jensen's Liver and Salmon Pate

Tried Jensen's liver and salmon pate ages ago which were quite nice.
The liver pate was my favourite as it was smooth and velvety.

[Review] M&S Marks and Spencers Smooth Duck & Orange Pate

I love pate so this time tried Marks and Spencers Smooth Duck & Orange Pate because I have already tried the Farmhouse Pate which has Madeira wine in it.
There is a layer of orange jelly on it which is refreshing and balances the heaviness of the pate.
I wouldn't say the pate is heavy but it is rich and strong with a big alcoholic Grand Marnier kick to it so be warned!

Montero Coco.France Goose Liver pate

Was given this from someone who went to Vietnam.

Although  I like pate, I delayed in trying it because I thought it would be really dense but when I opened it, I s surprised it was very light and soft.
The pate was very moist too.
However it lacked the velvety texture of goose liver pates and it was similar to baby food in thick form.
There was also pieces of wheat in the pate but I could not see that listed in the ingredients.

Marks and Spencers Farmhouse pate

Mark and Spencers pate is always good.
The farmhouse pate is smooth with a hint of madeira.
The tub is fairly big and the pate is filled to the rim.
However it is difficult to spread, especially if you are using the local bread which deflates like a sponge without rigidity.
There is also duck and orange pate which is nice too, it has a layer of orange jelly on top.
