Egg Royale, The decadent drinkable Easter Egg liqueur [Gifted]

I totally fell in love this with Easter Egg liqueur when I first saw it at the corner shop.
That glass chocolate egg bottle is such a winner and what a way to spend Easter drinking a decadent chocolate liqueur.
You can really taste the chocolate as well as the spirit, great to go a long with Easter Eggs.
Thank you Gravity drinks for gifting me this heavenly chocolate drink which is a must for anyone who loves chocolate.

M&S Smoked salmon finds - Earl Grey Smoked Salmon & Malt Whisky Smoked Salmon

I love smoked salmon and M&S have taken smoked salmon to the next level with salmon smoked and cured in Earl Grey as well as salmon cured in whisky and then smoked over wood from a whisky cask!
Definitely recommended for tea and whisky lovers.

[Review] M&S Marks and Spencers Smooth Duck & Orange Pate

I love pate so this time tried Marks and Spencers Smooth Duck & Orange Pate because I have already tried the Farmhouse Pate which has Madeira wine in it.
There is a layer of orange jelly on it which is refreshing and balances the heaviness of the pate.
I wouldn't say the pate is heavy but it is rich and strong with a big alcoholic Grand Marnier kick to it so be warned!

Hakutsuru Purupuru Sparkling Jelly Sake [APPLE]

I don't drink much alcohol but this Sparkling Jelly sake by Hakutsuru was really refreshing and goes down very easily because the fruity apple flavour is strong like Appetiser and there is jelly in it.
The alcohol content is around 3-5% and it comes in three flavours: apple, plum or peach.

Buzz Ballz choc tease

I liked the packaging of this because it was a plastic can in a shape of a ball.
The combination of orange wine and cream sound good.

Check their website because there are more flavours and the packaging is really colourful!!

Guinness flavoured crisps

Tried these Guinness flavoured crisps by Burts Potato Chips.
They were thick cut with a Guinness aroma and had a slight bitterness that tastes just like beer.
The colour of the crisps are slightly darker too.

Beat hangovers with NOHO!

Before I tried this product I consulted some serious drinkers about this and was surprised that they have heard of it before and said it was effective.
NOHO lets you drink and relieves you of hangovers the next morning leaving you ready to for your day.
Hangovers are caused by loss of essential vitamins, minerals, nutrients and antioxidants as well as being dehydrated which is why you feel so bad the next day.
NOHO is a drink inspired by IV drips that were used in treating alcohol poisoning hence it is not an energy drink.
It is formulated with Ginger Root Extract that helps soothe the stomach and digestive system, while the Prickly Pear Extract found in the desert cactus helps to hydrate the body and cleanse the liver.

Originally based on an IV drips formula for, NOHO is not an energy drink, or similar stimulant beverage – NOHO contains no sugar (in 60ml form), caffeine, or other stimulants. NOHO is specifically formulated to help fortify your body and protect it.
Instructions are easy, drink a bottle before you drink alcohol and have fun then drink the last bottle before you go to bed.

Enhancing desserts with alcoholic whipped cream

Got these gorgeous alcoholic whipped creams so used it on nearly every dessert I could get hold of.

The whipped cream makes the desserts so much more delicious because the bitterness of the alcohol goes really well with the sweetness.

Wicked alcohol infused CREAM

Whipped cream is good but alcohol infused cream is even better!!!
These huge canisters of Whipped cream are infused with 15% alcohol content and come in four fun flavours:
Chocolate, caramel, vanilla and strawberry.

I got my hands on Chocolate, vanilla and strawberry.
The great thing is that IT DOES NOT need to be refrigerated.

The alcohol infused cream can go almost everywhere or you can consume it straight from the canister.
I had fun dispensing it on top of jelly and biscuits.

If I could get hold of some scones, waffles or crepes I would definitely add infused cream to it.
It can also be added to drinks as well.

The cream was easily dispensed but practice makes perfect.

These creams definitely jazzed things up, the chocolate was the best, while the vanilla was good paired with biscuits and cakes and the strawberry was good on fresh fruits or berries

The alcoholic taste was really strong which was great for sophisticating things with an alcoholic touch.

The canisters are informatively labelled and they have leaflets with suggested recipes.

Pear Cider by Somersby!

I was kindly sent some cider by SOMBERSBY.
A nice way to chill out for Christmas with pear cider which is not acidic as apple cider.
Available at 7-11, Circle K, Vango at HKD$18 per bottle!
The pear cider has a lighter colour and the apple cider has darker colour.
To be honest I prefer the pear because it has a strong sweet pear taste and tastes less of alcohol where as the cider one tastes like Appletize but with a strong alcoholic taste.

GOLDKENN Finest Swiss liquor chocolate

The packaging for these Goldkenn liquor filled chocolates were quite nice.
It comes in three flavours: Whisky, Grand Marnier and Remy Martin.

Personally I liked the Whisky and Grand Marnier.

The chocolate bar has ridges so it is easy to break up.

The only thing I did not like was the formation of sugar crystals in the chocolate and the taste of the chocolate was not very impressive.
