Nestle Chocolate Whips

Nestle whips have been around for a while, there used to be a walnut whip.
Basically, it is whipped mallow cream inside a thick casing of chocolate.
I found them really sweet and sugary for my liking.

Tesco Wafer Thin Honey roast Ham slices

Ham is just ham, the tesco's wafer thin honey ham was not bad.
The flavour from curing was just right and it did not have those elastic bits in it.

Cadbury melt in the middle caramel puddings

While I was shopping at Lidl, I spotted these Cadbury melt in the middle puddings.
There were two to choose from Chocolate and Caramel.
I had the a feeling the chocolate would be sweet and heavy so went for the caramel.
Finally tried the Cadbury caramel melt in the middle pudding for dessert.
Microwaved it for 1 minute as instructed and it literally came out deformed.
Basically a stodgy caramel pudding.
Not worth forking out 1.99 for them.
I still have one left so I will try microwaving it for 40 seconds to see if it turns out better.

M&S Plant Kitchen no lamb koftas

M&S have launched some more new plant kitchen items to the range again, this time I was captivated by the bangers and no lamb koftas.
Overall, I wasn't too keen on them because of the texture.

M&S Plant Kitchen Bangers

M&S have launched some more new plant kitchen items to the range again, this time I was captivated by the bangers and no lamb koftas.
The bangers actually look like meat version.
Overall, they looked, felt, smelled and tasted like Richmond vegan sausage which are basically the closest to meat bangers that you can find.
The sausage inflated a bit when it was grilled and lots of clear oil came out from it.
When you put your fork into it, the casing was just like a regular sausage casing.

M&S Marks Spencer Cod Katsu Fishcakes

Filled fishcakes are popular these days and every supermarket has their own version.
The options are M&S are quite good because they have fishcakes filled with crushed peas, Thai style and Katsu.
So far I have tried the crushed pea and it was really good.
The Katsu fishcake is rather strong and it tastes like Japanese curry with fried fish.
Overall quite nice but I prefer the crushed pea.

M&S Marks Spencer Hoisin duck noodles

As a fan of hoisin duck I decided to try the M&S Hoisin Duck Noodles.
According to the sleeve, it is Egg noodles and slow roasted pulled British duck in a rich hoisin sauce, served with beansprouts, carrots, savoy cabbage and fresh pak choi.
The contents are just that with a generous amount of vegetables and crunchy black fungus and lots of shredded duck.
Sadly the hoisin sauce was too sweet that I had to skip dessert.
