The Chinese and Indian takeaways for one are really cute at M&S.
It really makes sense during this time because a meal for two could be a bit too much and with these cute portion sizes you could do a mix and match and end up getting an Indian and Chinese for sharing.

M&S Saag Paneer Takeaway for one with pilau rice, bombay aloo and onion bhajis
To be honest, I split this one person meal over two lunches.
The first day I had rice with the saag paneer and the next day I had rice with the bombay aloo.
The saag paneer was delicious as expected and Marks and Spencers were definitely generous with the paneer.
Rating: 3/5
Taiwanese bittermelon, soybean and spare rib soup
A simple and delicious Taiwanese soup which only has three ingredients namely pork, soy beans and bittermelon.
M&S Marks and Spencers Yummy yum yums
At M&S, you can get the mini yum yums or the 4 pack and interestingly they both taste very different.
Previously tried the mini yum yums which were too sweet so hesitated to buy the four pack but I am so glad I did but they were amazing.
The ratio of sugar to dough was perfect and you get a lovely sugar crunch with a lovely doughy centre similar to doughnuts.
M&S Marks and Spencers 2 mini yum yums
At M&S, you can get the mini yum yums or the 4 pack.
Interestingly they both taste very different.
I got these last year which I forgot to write up but I remember them as being quite sweet and oily but I think it is to do with the ratio of sugar to dough because for the mini version you are getting more surface covered in sugar.
M&S Marks Spencer Plant kitchen no beef steak bakes
Again, M&S have used the successful [mock beef] pea protein as used in their other plant kitchen series like the no beef Shanghai noodles and no salt beef bun.
Overall, I would have given this 5/5 because the pastry and taste was spot on but it really needed more gravy as the filling was like a thick paste.
Anyhow, nothing was skimped and it was filled all the way through.

Morrisons The Best Gluten Free Hot And Spicy Sausages
There were some interesting sausages at Morrisons so tried the Hot And Spicy Sausages but unfortunately, I forgot to get a picture of the pack. There is also sweet chilli sausages as well.
Although there as a lot of oil coming from it, the sausages had a nice chilli kick, it tasted like regular sausages dipped in chilli oil.
