New McVities Jaffa Cakes Cherry

Strangely I like any non orange Jaffa cakes because of that soft cake layer, crisp chocolate and the jelly.

There are two new Jaffa cakes this year by McVities and these are the Cherry and Passionfruit which I don't think I have tried before even.

Both flavours seem tasty and I can now finally compare them to the M&S version which was good.

Out of Cherry and Passionfruit, cherry was more exciting because I think the general taste palatte in UK prefers Cherry.

Finally got my hands on some Cherry Jaffa cakes from Morrisons and every side of the box was well decorated even the barcode.

Now to the taste, I couldn't stop eating them, they were that good and Jaffa cakes tastes so much better in winter when the jelly is chewier and the cherry flavour was to the max topped with a layer of chocolate on a soft cake layer.

Tropical Sun Fish Seasoning

The Tropical sun foods fish seasoning is definitely a must have seasoning in the kitchen.
The seasoning took the grilled mackerel to the next level but sadly I forgot to take a picture of it.
For 69p its a generous 100g that goes a long way.

[Review] M&S Marks and Spencers Cook With Pumpkin Spice

The Marks and Spencers Cook With Pumpkin spice mix is a lovely blend of spices that takes desserts to the next level as well as milkshakes and porridges.

I added some to custard and it went deliciously well with apple pie.

Sticky Rib Flavour Pot Noodle review

I thought I tried these sticky rib pot noodles before but it turns out the one I tried before was Mr Chu's Golden Noodle No.7 Sticky Rib Flavour which are completely different and the sauce sachet is different.
The sticky rib version was quite sweet and the soy and ginger sauce sachet interestingly had this plum flavour to it.
Overall not bad, but I preferred the Mr Chu's Golden Noodle No.7 Sticky Rib Flavour.

Indomie Hungry Man size noodles review 180g

To some people Size Matters.
When I saw these Indomie Hungry Man Size instant noodles at the shop I had to get them because I love anything that is super big or super tiny.
These noodles are actually manufactured in Ghana under Indomie.
They weigh 180 grams so the portion is equivalent to two or three regular packets of instant noodles (60-100g).
Strangely, on the internet, you will also find a 210g version.

The noodle block was so big that it didn't fit in a regular saucepan.
Inside you will find chili powder and chicken powder.
For fun, I cooked the noodles in a big saucepan because I didn't want to break it up.

I was really concerned about the taste more than the portion size because if they taste good then I could easily finish it off.
I didn't cook them for a long time to keep the noodles firm due to the portion size so that by the time you get to the end, the noodles won't be too soft.
Luckily, the noodles were good and the strands of noodles were firm and chunky.
The broth was full of flavour so more water is needed next time as they were quite salty.

After I finished the noodles, I was able to have dessert as well so I wouldn't say it was a massive portion but then when it comes to carbs, I can generally eat a lot.

Overall worth trying if you can get hold of them!

Huge Chestnuts from China

I am obsessed with anything that is big or super small because size matters for photos.
Word is around that these huge chestnuts exist so managed to get them.
Although they were nice and big, the texture was too starchy and crumbly for my liking and they were hard to peel.
Sadly, the ones in the photos were not the biggest ones because someone demolished them.
