I felt like having some soup that evening so contemplated whether or not to buy the Marks and Spencers Chunky Thai Chicken Soup.
The thing that was stopping me was the lemongrass because I'm not fond of it.
Anyway, ended up getting it.
Overall, the soup isn't bad but for someone that is not fond of lemongrass, having a small portion is good enough.
There was a nice crunch in the soup from the water chestnuts while the ginger and turmeric helped distract me from the lemongrass.
Other ingredients in the soup include rice, coconut cream and lime which I could not taste.
To summarize, the soup was different and I am glad I tried it so next time I will try another soup from the range.

[Review] M&S Marks and Spencers Chunky Thai Chicken Soup
[Review] M&S Marks and Spencers Peas, Spinach, Spring Greens & Samphire
I have tried Samphire before at restaurants but you don't often see it at supermarkets so when I saw Marks and Spencers Peas, Spinach, Spring Greens & Samphire vegetable pack I decided to get it.
It is designed to be ready in 3.5 minute by the microwave which comes with a sachet of Lemon and mint sauce.
After putting it in the microwave, it was ready to eat and everything was tasty especially my favourite samphire and spinach while the peas gave it a slight sweetness.

[Review] M&S Marks and Spencers 10 Dinky Melton Mowbray Pork Pies
There is a good variety of Melton Mowbray pork pies at Marks and Spencers but size matters especially the Dinky Melton Mowbray pork pies because they are small and cute.
According to wiki:
It is a traditional British meat pie, usually served at room temperature. It consists of a filling of roughly chopped pork and pork fat, surrounded by a layer of jellied pork stock in a hot water crust pastry. It is normally eaten as a snack or with a salad.
As soon as I got home, I tried them.
There are 10 in the box but strangely one of them lost its pie top but the rest were good though.
I liked the soft pastry while the filling is firm because it is chopped pork.
Overall, I am glad I tried them and the dinky size makes them moreish.

[Review] McVities Digestives Cherry Bakewell
Earlier this year, McVities launched an iconic range for their chocolate covered digestive biscuits,
In the range was Marmalade on Toast, Cherry Bakewell and Strawberries and Cream.
Morrisons was the first to stock them at GBP1.50 per pack which was later reduced to GBP1.00.
Evidently, the Cherry Bakewell is a popular pick!!!
Now Sainsburys have the full range as well as the new McVities slices which I was keen to try but sadly they didn't have it which was why I ended up getting the digestives.
As soon as I got home, I opened it to try.
There was an artificial cherry smell but it wasn't bad.
As for the taste, the cherry taste wasn't strong when the artificial cherry smell lingered in your mouth when you ate it.
Overall, not bad and I expect the marmalade one to just taste like chocolate orange.
Other tempting digestives in the range:

[Review] M&S Marks and Spencers Butternut & Pumpkin Terrine Slices
I love Terrines especially ones made with liver.
At Marks and Sparks, they have so many Terrine choices including Vegetarian ones so decided to try a vegetarian ones so got Marks and Spencers Butternut & Pumpkin Terrine Slices which is made with roasted aubergine, red pepper, feta and creme fraiche topping.
I absolutely loved it as it was tasty with so many different things going on such as the cumin and the umami of the tomato.
It was creamy with a Mediterranean touch to it so I am so glad I tried it.
