Lidl For You Heart-Shaped Blueberry Mochis £ 3.99

Again this is a one off I bought because they were heart shaped mochis and they are pricier than their regular ones which cost £2.99 for six.
Anyway, I actually liked them more than the authentic ones because it was vanilla ice cream in the middle and not blueberry. I was some artificial blueberry taste in the mochi but luckily you could not taste any.
Although they are a little bit too sweet, I still liked them.

711 Chocolate Mochi Bread

Tried these chocolate mochi bread by 711.
I did not have any expectations because the bread is always a let down and it was.
The mochi filling in the middle was good but the chocolate was too rich.

Mini mochi ice ( Green apple flavour )

This is the green apple flavour of Mini mochi ice from Kowloon dairy.

It comes in a pack of four individually wrapped mochis in a box.
The taste was a bit sweet and the apple was artificial.

Kowloon dairy Mochi Ice Chestnut Flavour

This is the new Chestnut flavour from Kowloon dairy, it is chestnut flavoured icecream wrapped inside a thin mochi.

I felt that it was a bit starchy for my liking but then I do not really like artificial tasting chestnut products.

Kowloon dairy Mochi Ice Almond Flavour

This is the new Almond flavour from Kowloon dairy, it is almond flavoured icecream wrapped inside a thin mochi.

In the past I have tried Taro which was my favourite.

The almond one is quite nice and not too sweet.
It tastes like the almond milk drinks but in icecream form wrapped in chewy mochi dusted in flour.

KOWLOON DAIRY Mochi Ice - Lychee , Ube flavour

Tried the Mochi ice which is icecream inside chewy mochi pastry, there are quite a few flavours, taro is my favourite and the lychee was new so I tried it as well.
The lychee one tasted weird and artificial and I couldnt figure out why the mochi on the outside was red because lychees are white, perhaps the red was meant to be the exterior of the lychee.
The lychee one had vanilla ice-cream in the centre with lychee flavoured mochi whereas the taro one was plain mochi with taro ice-cream in the middle.
If the mochi skin was slightly thicker I reckon it would taste nicer.

YUKI & LOVE Chocolate Mochi with milk and peanut

Saw these mochis that were coated with chocolate so decided to get them.
There were three flavours peanut, sesame and red beans.

Peanut was the least disliked flavour of the three so I got that.

The product shot was quite confusing because you couldnt tell if they were heart shaped or bar shaped.

In the box they were individually packed and there is a tray inside containing the mochi and a dessicant.

Overall I really liked it and it was not too sweet, however I do  not recommend it during the summer because the chocolate coating melts and in Asian countries, not all shops are well air conditioned.
Even if they are well air conditioned, the air conditioner is switched off when they closed.

The mochi was chewy and quite sticky.
