Waitrose seeded crumpets

Although Waitrose products don't impress as much as M&S, the seeded crumpets were delicious soft and squidgy.
You can always trust Village Bakery who make lovely crumpets for various supermarkets.
The crumpets were not overloaded with seeds which did not affect the overall mouthfeel.

M&S Marks and Spencers Valentine Crumpet (heart shaped)

Festive shaped crumpets have been trending for the last few years.
This is the second shaped crumpet at M&S following the Christmas tree crumpet last year.
The shape of this heart is uniform and nicer compared to the previous heart shaped crumpet finds.
For more shaped crumpets please see #ssgcrumpets on instagram.
It was fun taking photos for these crumpets and they were delicious as well.

[Review] M&S Marks and Spencers Ultimate crumpets

At M&S, there are two types of crumpets, ultimate grains and ultimate sourdough.
The sourdough ones are the best as they are just simply soft and flufly.

[Review] M&S Marks and Spencers 6 Christmas crumpets

For years, shaped crumpets have been popular at the supermarkets but I don't recall seeing any on my frequent trips to M&S.
Finally M&S are in the shaped crumpet game with these adorable festive Christmas tree shaped crumpets which I couldn't resist getting.
I suddenly had this idea of topping it with something green so guacamole was an option but then after eating the M&S fish cakes with a layer of green peas, I decided that crushed peas would be the solution and to go with peas I decided to surround the crumpet with M&S Lamb gravy.
To prevent the crumpet getting soggy, you can elevate the toasted crumpet by putting pulled ham beneath it as the base or whatever you fancy.
The results were quite yummy if you like gravy and peas.

[Review] Warburton Crumpets

There are so many brands of crumpets about these days
Warburton Crumpets are classics, they are just simply soft and squidgy when you eat them.
They taste great with jam or marmite.

[Review] M&S Marks and Spencers 10 Pulled Ham & Rarebit crumpets

As a fan of crumpets, how could I not get the Marks and Spencers 10 Pulled Ham & Rarebit crumpets which was pull ham and rarebit on top of cute little crumpets!
As expected, each bite was delicious on top of a cute little soft crumpet.
Definitely worth trying.

[Review] Lakeland Bake Teddy Bear Crumpets

I love crumpets which are readily available at every supermarket these days.
Thanks to instagram, crumpets come in different cute shapes like unicorns, hearts, stars, rabbits, Christmas trees, flowers, ghouls and teddy bears.
I was captivated by the Teddy Bear by Lakeland Bake so tried it.
Overall I had fun decorating and taking pictures of the crumpet and it was delicious as well.
The next crumpet I want to get is the star shaped crumpet.

[SSG Kitchen] Greek inspired Crumpet topped with Taramsalata and Green Manzanilla olives

Yay, my last crumpet.
This time I topped it with #taramasalata with green Manzanilla olives and chives.
It's nice but I think black olives would contrast the pink and green better as well as the taste but didn't have any in the fridge.

[SSG Kitchen] Crumpet topped with piri piri chicken in Masala curry sauce

Crumpets are boring so I decided to jazz it up with piri piri chicken slices and Masala curry sauce from M&S.
