[Review] Pot Noodle Jerk Chicken

The pot noodle Jerk chicken has been around for a while but not all supermarket stock it.
Finally found a supermarket that had it so was able to finally try it.

I must admit that I liked it because of the fiery kick and you could find chili seeds in the noodles.
The sauce is quite different in the sense that it was more exotic.

It came with mango sauce which was a bit boring.
Personally I thought the chili sauce should have come with it.

[Review] Pot Noodle Thai green curry

The Pot Noodle Thai green curry was launched in the summer of 2019.

Finally tried it and it was quite nice because the coconut and lemongrass has been toned down.
There is a sachet of ginger soy sauce which is sweet so add accordingly.

{Pot Noodle} Mac and Cheese

To be honest the cheese taste was a little different to what I was expecting but it tasted like the rind of Brie cheese.

Anyway, I love Pot Noodles however I wish they could change the lid material from foil because it gets pierced easily.
The lid some how got pierced on the way home so I don't know if that would have affected the taste of the Cheese.

Video of the noodles:

Korean and Japanese delights from 7-eleven Hong Kong

Thanks to 7-eleven for sending me these goodies featuring popular Korean pot noodles and Japanese sweet treats.

For Korean goodies we have: Vilac Cup Rice and Noodle, Ottogi Japchae noodles, Hanil Jajeng Myeon
Japanese goodies there are: Ribon Okinawan donuts, Shoeido Swiss rolls and Koubo croissant buns

★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★
Korean Hanil Jajeng Myeon HKD$17.9:
These were quick and convenient to eat, simply empty the noodles in the box and pour the sauce on top and heat in the microwave as advised.
The noodles were soft and chewy in delicious sweet sauce.

★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★
Korean Ottogi Japchae – HOT
Springy glass noodles in sweet and spicy sauce with pieces of beef in it.
★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★
Korean Vilac Cup Rice and Noodle – Spicy Seafood $12.9
This is the most interesting cup I have tried, because there was Rice and noodles!!!
It would be great if there was a non spicy version to cater for people who can't eat spicy foods!

★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★
Japanese Koubo croissant buns $12.5
There is a choice of chocolate or strawberry and they were best eaten slightly warmed by heating in a microwave because the paste inside becomes soft.
Personally I liked the chocolate.

★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★
Japanese Shoeido Swiss rolls $13.9
These rolls were surprisingly big and filling!
There is caramel and chocolate and both were soft and moist.
It is hard to say which flavour is better because both were good.

★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★
Japanese Okinawan RIBON donuts $10.9
There are two flavours: original and black sugar.
Black sugar had more depth in flavour so I preferred the black sugar.

Mr Chu's Golden Pot Noodle No.7 Sticky Rib Flavour

Good old British pot noodles again, the Spare rib one has a really good design, it even has the Lucky Cat!!
It is not as sticky as it saids, but it has real spare rib resemblance, especially the sauce, it is similar to the Roast spare rib gravy with bits in it.
There are fine dehydrated chives too.

Bombay bad boy flavoured Pot noodles

I really love the cool black design for this flavour.
The curry taste is strong and the sachet of chili sauce REALLY PACKS A PUNCH!!!!

I just tried a little bit of the sauce and the spicyness was intense.

POT NOODLE's original curry flavour

Pot noodle has really changed, the sauces given are usually soy sauce or tomato sauce, but now they have all these wonderful sauces to compliment their noodles.
For the curry flavour, it came with mango sauce.
Again, I loved the curry flavour and the mango sauce made it more exotic!
