The name of this is quite funny, literally phonetically name from the congee as JOK.
When you add hot water, you get congee in an instant.
It is a bit like ready brek but savoury but the texture of this is a bit sticky like glue.
Other than that, it was very tasty and the pieces of dehydrated ginger were prominent with heat.
