Waffills choco hazelnut

I have always wanted to try this but they come in multi packs but finally spotted these singles at a corner shop so got one to try.
Unfortunately, it was not nice.
Firstly it was too sweet and the texture of the waffle was more like mushy oily madeleine.

soreen malt loaf (2 slices)

All these years of eating Soreen, I didn't know you could get these ready to eat ones with vegetable butter.
They used to put anchor butter years ago.

Quaker oat so simple caramelized biscuit

I was expecting a little more for this flavour but it just tasted like the usual cinnamon flavour.

Coop Irresistable Christmas Market Sandwich

I love pickles and gherkins so the Coop Christmas market sandwich caught my eye with those colourful purple pickled cabbage and sliced sausages in the filling.
As a foodie, I had to try even though I only like English pork Sausages.
The sandwich was nice as expected because of the pickles which reminded me of this deli pickle sandwich Tesco had.
The sausages were waxy and gritty so overall, it was a nice sandwich but even better if they were proper English sausages.

ALDI Bramwells Mega Snack noodles: BBQ Pulled Pork Flavour

Aldi pot noodles dupes have added another two new flavours: Mumbai bad boy and bbq pulled pork.
It isn't much cheaper but I had to try them to see how they fared.
I tried the bbq pulled pork which was surprisingly good in terms of taste.
The sauce is more like gravy so you won't get that dripping issue.
I loved the BBQ flavour which wasn't too sweet and the BBQ sauce was nice and tangy but you don't get much of it.
As I was really impressed, I ended up trying all the flavours!
The chicken and mushroom one was really nice especially if you like earthy mushroom flavours and you get lots of chunky dehydrated mushroom bits as well.
The curry was also a surprise, lots of dehydrated peas and carrots while the mango sauce looked interesting as it is very light in colour compared to the Pot Noodle version.
The ingredients for the curry gave me a surprise by having cheese in it.
Even though the mango sauce looks bland, it does pack a refreshing punch.
However I did not like the chow mein because of the weird spices like anise and all that.
I might try other flavours.

M&S Cocoa & Cherry Bircher

Last year I tried the cocoa bircher with cranberry and pumpkin seeds which was ok but not something I would buy again.
Spotted an improved chocolate bircher now paired with cocoa and cherry.
It was decadent but not sweet.
I loved the chocolatey vibes especially the cocoa nibs.
I know an apple a day keeps the doctors away but in this case I thought it was annoying as I was paying for a chocolate and cherry taste but these fresh tangy apple bits kept butting in which doesn't go well with chocolate.
Perhaps they should launch an apple caramel bircher with a layer of apple compote on the bottom with caramel bircher topped with caramel sprinkles.

M&S Coconut Water

New coconut water from M&S.
I found it very different to fresh coconut water as well as other brands.
First I thought it was bland so I rinsed my mouth with water before trying it again and it was still quite bland.
It did not taste as sweet as other brands or even the ones from a freshly opened coconut and there was a strange aftertaste so I was a bit disappointed with this drink being M&S.
The label was interesting as the coconut is made with coconut water from different countries which is what manufacturers do so that it has a consistent taste.
