Ko-Lee Chicken instant noodles

A while ago I tried Bang Bang chicken noodles which were not that nice so I didn't have any expectations for Ko-Lee chicken instant noodles as they come from the same brand.
To my surprise, they actually level up with Dolls and Nissin in terms and taste and texture and they are super affordable.
The only complaint was that the bag was difficult to open.

Maggi 2-minute Masala instant noodles

Maggi noodles are everywhere and you will find different versions in different countries.
The Maggi 2 minute noodles in this review are from India.
They had a lovely spiced taste with heat that was just right.
In terms of texture, the noodles were not springy enough.
I also managed to try Maggi atta noodles which were also from India but sadly they were rancid and I haven't been able to buy them again to re try them.

M&S Marmite dinky cheese and tomato & cheddar pinwheels from (Marks Spencer)

M&S have done another crossover with Marmite, this time they are Marmite dinky cheese pinwheels as well as tomato & cheddar pinwheels.

I knew I was going to like the Marmite pinwheels and I was so wrong about it tasting similar to the M&S marmite twists.

When you open the box, you could see sticky marmite on the box which means its loaded with marmite!!!

Definitely the best marmite crossover because you can really taste it.

These Marmite pinwheels were amazing.

Ended up getting the tomato & cheddar pinwheels a week later.
After heating them in the oven, the pinwheels were crispy and cheesy, however the tomato could have been stronger.
Overall, prefer the Marmite pinwheels

Coop Gro plant based eating Katsu chick n curry

I had high hopes for the Coop Gro plant based eating Katsu chick n curry because it looked the part.
The Jasmine rice and crunchy soy protein goujons were nice but the Katsu curry sauce was terrible.
The sauce was a concoction of bitter spices.
To reheat you have to oven the goujons and microwave the rest which defeats the purpose of being a convenience meal.

M&S Marks Spencer Plant kitchen lasagne

The Marks Spencer Plant kitchen lasagne was overall nice but the ragu was a bit alcoholic and the soya bits were chewy.
However the creamy bechamel sauce was spot on.
