Sainsburys Plant Pioneers Smoky Vacon Rashers review

A while ago I got these Sainsburys Plant Pioneers Smoky Vacon Rashers which are vegan rashers made with wheat gluten, coconut milk and natural flavourings in a smoked paprika coating.

The appearance was a bit strange because of the dull burgandy colour.

After pan frying them, the texture was hard and crispy.

Overall, I wasn't really fond of them because they were a bit artificial but dipping it in blue cheese sauce helped or putting it in stews made it taste nicer.

2021 Waitrose finds for Easter and Toffee hot cross bun review

Waitrose has an impressive collection when it comes to Easter be it their own Waitrose brand or the Hestons from Waitrose range.
Last year we saw wonderful Scotch chocolate eggs, lemon shaped chocolate etc as well as Hestons Earl Grey hot cross buns.
This year we will see Heston from Waitrose Mocha Coffee Hot Cross Buns priced at  £1.70 for two.
Heston from Waitrose Chocolate Scotch Egg, Eggstraordinary Chocolate Banoffee Hen's Eggs and Eggstraordinary Speckled Eggs will also be back.
Waitrose will also have an Easter Chocolate Pomegranate for £3 made with caramelized white chocolate with pomegranite pieces.

Hot cross buns:
Toffee, chocolate orange, apple and cinnamon, St Clements and fruited.
Ended up getting the toffee hot cross buns which were ok, however the texture was denser than other brands.

Sainsburys Strawberry Jam & Cream doughnuts

I love cream donuts so this time I got Sainsburys Strawberry Jam & Cream doughnuts which has strawberry jam and fluffy sweetened cream.
They were simple yet extremely delicious because the donut was pillowy and a bit like bread without any rancid flavours.
Overall, it was so delicious with the fluffy sweetened cream and jam that I ended up eating two in one go.

The make yourself at home co pancake mixture from Iceland review

The make yourself at home co pancakes were a nightmare.

I filled the water to the line level and the mixture was thin so I had to add more flour to make it not stick to the pan.

for the same price I would be better off getting m&S pancake mixture.

Coop Irresistible Baking Camembert review

Every supermarket has baking Camembert but you get a nice black ramekin with @coopuk
So now I have a black to go with the Burgundy one from M&S.
As for the taste, it was the usual creamy camembert that you get and it tasted really good melted in my sandwich.
