I love luncheon meat which is also called spam.
The Marks and Spencers Chopped Ham is actually luncheon meat.

Anyway, it always tastes good in fried egg but this time I used it in a breakfast burrito wrap.

At Marks and Spencers, they have some colourful Beetroot and Spinach wraps so I got the spinach.

I made some breakfast burrito wraps inspired by this Mexican joint.

The first time I made it, I used bacon and the second tine I used chopped ham.

Both were tasty in different ways so I definitely recommend the spinach wrap.

Will try the beetroot wrap sometime.

I love porcini mushrooms which are aromatic and tasty hence when I got the Marks and Spencers Cook with Mushroom Sauce with porcini.
I simply used it as a gravy with chicken and it went together nicely.

Jus-rol is a famous brand of ready to use pastries with a choice of puff pastry, shortcrust to filo pastry.
Just for fun I got some Jus-Rol Shortcrust Pastry Ready Rolled Sheet and made some bites and they turned out quite nice.

They save you all the fuss making pastry from scratch!
